Please, call or email us with any problems within 24 hours of receipt of patio furniture. 40% restocking fee will be applied to willow cottage furniture that is returned for reasons other than defect or damage. Customer to pay for Return Shipping Costs. 45% cancellation fee - Customer to notify FancyWillow.com, within 24 hours of order to avoid cancellation fee. Please Note - Extra delivery fees may apply: some jurisdictions do not allow for semi-trucks and some delivery addresses/roads do not allow for semi-truck access and some delivery addresses are very remote and some customers may require a lift gate.
